About the Soprano

I have been singing professionally since receiving my degree in Vocal Performance in 1997.  In addition to that degree, I have two small children, a lovely husband, a website and a desire to sing quality music with whomever will have me in the Atlanta area.

I don’t wish to be famous, sing at the Met, or make oodles of money.  I simply want to be the best that I can be, and experience engaging musical moments with audiences.

I don’t have an agent; I barely have a career.  This blog is an experiment in sharing some of the day-to-day trials, tribulations, joys and triumphs of being a soprano at large.
